In an apartment complex, 2 existing units were remodeled and extended with a second floor addition and 2 other units were added on the property. Complete set of Architectural, Structural plan, Electrical, Plumbing, Irrigation & landscaping, Site-plan, Methane Mitigation, Structural Steel and Title 24 were performed. Clearances obtained for the owner from Building/Zoning/Planning/Housing Departments of City of Los Angeles. Permits were obtained for the contractor as well. Structural observations, Inspections and Construction Management services were requested. |

A residential dwelling was altered as an Elder Care Facility. The project had to comply with City and Code requirements. Full set of plans, Title 24 submitted to the City of Fountain Valley. Coordination with City Officials was needed. |
