Schedule an Engineering Call by selecting a convenient time and date when we can contact you.
Just select a time slot, provide your information and one of our engineers will call you to discuss your project. We will listen to your concerns, ask pertinent questions, and provide a cost estimate, a viable engineering solution, and a time frame.
We dedicate our time to performing inspections, writing reports, drawing plans, and engaging in engineering designs. We have certain time frames when our engineers can talk directly with our customers. There are 2 options:
Either Submit A Form, and one of our engineers will review the data and get back to you, typically within 1 business day.
Alternatively, you can Schedule an Engineering Call, but with a limited time frame availability and subject to automatic priority rescheduling.
Expedited Engineering Inspections: Prioritize Urgent Needs with RUSH
RUSH - EXPEDITED NOTES:
If you need an expedited engineering inspection, please understand that you still need to schedule an initial call and provide your information. We need that information to understand your needs and provide a quote. When you book the call in our system, just select the first available time slot and specify "Rush - ASAP" and we will know to expedite your request.
Rush inspection requests will incur additional costs, so please use the RUSH-ASAP option only if you really need it.
Time Frame Considerations for Appointment Scheduling
CALENDAR ENGINEERING CALL NOTES:
If your time frame is No Rush (5+ days) or Future plans (20+ days), please don't expect a call immediately, REGARDLESS of what you selected for a calendar time slot.
The calendar system is programmed to automatically reschedule an appointment based on priority. Priority will be given to Rush, Urgent, and Standard time frames. If you're not in a hurry, neither are we.
