We are licensed engineers with substantial experience in engineering design, inspections, failure investigations, and damage assessments. We are not your typical engineer who sits in a cubicle crunching numbers all day long while scrolling the mouse to check drawings and details. We love the outdoors, we love to get dirty and hands-on about making changes in the structural elements accessing every floor below and above the area of concern.  We are not afraid of heights, spider webs, crawlspaces, attics, steep roofs, old homes, or ghosts.  We like to get challenged, and we can even take the engineering opinions challenges to the courtroom if we have to!

If you are selling or purchasing a home, trying to remove an interior wall, building an addition, remodel a home, or just noticed cracks and separations in floors, walls, or ceilings, or simply have questions about a building we are here to help.  We have structural engineering forensic inspection skills, and we have used those skills to perform engineering assessments of distressed and damaged buildings from hurricanes, tornadoes, tree and vehicle impacts, foundation settlements, flooding, fire smoke, and soot damage, roof leaks and building envelope water intrusion, and even lightning strikes. ANYTHING Building Related, we've been there and we've done that!

Limitations of Our Services: 

Our CAD drafting and 3D modeling services are always related to the engineering inspections or engineering designs we perform. While we can perform engineering designs and structural analysis on new structures or buildings, that won't require an inspection, and we can include CAD drafting, 3D models and views as a package, we don't offer solely CAD drafting, 3D modeling, or 3D view renderings, as an architectural service!  

What we DON'T DO:

• If you don't need an engineering opinion or an engineering stamp on a letter or permit drawings or plans,  you don't need our services! 

• If you don't need a physical inspection of a structure (building or non-building), you don't need our services! 

• We don't perform construction repairs or alterations! If you need something repaired, please contact a local contractor/handyman. 

• We don't perform engineering surveying! We can assist with incidental work such as site plans, and plot plans for building permits, but if you need a survey plan, please contact a licensed land surveyor. 

• We don't provide architectural services.  We can offer incidental CAD drafting, 3D modeling, 3D renderings for any project we perform engineering design or permit drawings, as related to the project. If you need engineering design, we can throw in the CAD, 3D model and views as a package, but we are not architects, and we don't provide solely architectural designs. For home interior designs, and remote blueprints services, please check with a local architect or drafter.
